Who We Are

RizzoPro Studios is a professional AV and network installation service based in San Francisco, CA, owned and operated by Jeff Risdon. By requesting a quote or hiring us for work, you agree to the terms below.

Estimates & Quotes

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. A written estimate describes the scope of work and price as understood at the time; if the scope changes once work begins (for example, unexpected conditions inside a wall), we will discuss and agree on any price change with you before proceeding. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

Scheduling & Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work areas of your home or business at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible — we understand plans change and will always work with you to find a new time.

Equipment

You may supply your own equipment or have us source it for you. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not by RizzoPro Studios. We are happy to assist with warranty claims for equipment we supplied.

Workmanship

We stand behind our work. If something we installed is not working as it should, contact us and we will make it right. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications by others, or failures of the equipment itself (see Equipment above).

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. Larger projects may require a deposit or progress payments, which will be stated in the written estimate.

Insurance & Liability

RizzoPro Studios carries general liability insurance; a certificate of insurance is available on request. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions in your home or business, including pre-existing wiring, structural, or equipment issues discovered during the work.

The content on this website is provided for general information about our services and is presented in good faith, without warranties of any kind. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
